Membership Directory

A membership directory is delivered each year to all active club members.

Remember that the information contained in the directory is for a member’s personal, non-commercial use only.

Directory Distribution

To reduce costs, we will distribute the directory only by email. If a club member wants a printed copy, there are two ways to get one:

1. Ask the host at a dance for one. There will be a limited number of printed copies available at each dance.

2. Request that a printed copy be postal mailed to you by filling out an online Contact Us form.

Using Your Directory

The directory is formatted for printing on 5.5” x 8.5” paper. You were sent two PDF files of the directory. The following is guidance for using your directory.

• Simply viewing - Open the file Membership directory.pdf in your PDF reader. 

• Printing in booklet format - If you print the file Membership directory - booklet.pdf on 8.5” x 11” paper using double-sided printing, flipping on the short side of the page, you will be able to fold the pages in the middle to form a booklet.

• Printing two-up non-booklet format - If your printer does not have double-sided printing, you can print the file Membership directory.pdf using two-up multiple pages per sheet, side-by-side printing on 8.5” x 11” paper in landscape format to save on paper.

• Printing a large print version - If you print the file Membership directory.pdf as is, it will fill 5.5” x 8.5” of the sheet. If you instruct your printer to zoom to fill the page, this will give a large print version of the directory.
